A native Washingtonian, Marie is a bilingual marketing communications professional who’s made a career out of building brands, engaging audiences and driving revenue by using the right words and channels to share intriguing stories about stellar brands, fascinating people, neat products, life-changing services, and individual and organizational accomplishments. She’s had the good fortune to do what she loves both in the US and internationally in such industries as consumer packaged goods, commercial insurance, local government and non-profit, and in a United Nations agency. She currently works in public information / media relations for a “smallish” municipality that’s big on accolades.
Naturally inquisitive, over the course of living hither and yon, Marie’s picked up degrees in French literature, international business and human resources.
