September PD Lunch Panel Shared Tips for Agency-Client Success


We heard actionable insights from our panelists at the September kickoff of our Professional Development Lunch series, on how to build and maintain strong agency-client relationships. A big thank you to Elaine Loyack of Delta Dental of NC, Phil Stephens of Signal Design, and Erin Smith of MMI Public Relations. They told lunch attendees that trust, clear communication, setting expectations up front, and having an appreciation for what each party does are among the keys to success.
